Vishwavijay Chess Academy, founded by FIDE Arbiter Milind B Naik, is a premier chess training institute located in Pimpri Chinchwad. Since its inception, the academy has been committed to nurturing chess talent across all age groups, helping students grow from beginners to advanced players under the expert guidance of a seasoned FIDE Arbiter. Milind B Naik cleared the FIDE Arbiter examination in 2014 and was awarded the FIDE Arbiter title in 2017, a testament to his dedication and knowledge in the field.
Our training programs focus on developing strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and competitive prowess, ensuring that every student achieves excellence in chess. We provide a nurturing environment where learners can explore, learn, and enhance their skills.

FA Milind B Naik
- Successfully cleared FIDE arbiter examination in 2014 & Got FIDE Title in 2017.
- He has passed National Arbiter Exam, AICF’s Chess in School, FIDE FA Exam & FIDE Trainer ( National Instructor ) Exam.
- International FIDE Rated Player
- Acted as arbiter in District, State & National level tournaments
- As a organiser more than 50 tournaments were organised.
- Arranging Chess tournaments is a hobby from the childhood.
- Initially, Pune district and Central Maharashtra Selection tournaments were organized at Dapodi
- Lot of tournaments were arranged between 1978 to 1991 with a lot of support from father.
- Became active again from 2003. Very eager to organize various new tournaments
- Arranged FIDE rating tournament in Pimpri Chinchwad. More than 200 players participated in that tournament.
- Later on, worked in GM Abhijeet Kunte’s and WIM Mrunalini Kunte’s Chess Academy as coach.
- Now coaching classes are conducted at various schools as well as at home.
- Now in the process of organizing bigger tournaments. As an initial step, Sunday Rapid chess tournament is arranged for 52 Sundays. Lot of FIDE nominated payers are participating in this tournament
- Acted as arbiter in 3 state level and 2 national level tournaments.
- Everybody in family, Wife , Son and Daughter are actively participating in development of chess organization.
